Who We Are

LakeLyne’s founder, David Gaskin, grew up on Lake Wylie. Many cherished memories were formed at his grandparent’s vacation home on Lake Wylie. After graduating college, and spending several years in the commercial real estate management industry, the lake called David back to his roots. Wanting to share the formation of so many wonderful memories, LakeLyne was formed with the sole purpose of sharing high end, luxury lake properties in the Charlotte region.
