This 5100sqft SINGLE STORY family-style home boasts 6 bedrooms (4 separate bedrooms w/ King beds & 1 bedroom with 2 Full beds, each with twin trundle beds under them) all with their own full bathrooms. Also a separate bedroom/den with a new queen sleeper sofa (we slept on 3 different models before deciding on this one). We also have two queen size air mattresses if needed. There is a crib room located off in the Master with a crib, Pack'n'Play, and high chairs. All making it a wonderful, one-of-a-kind, get-away vacation home for a large, activity-seeking family.
Located just 20 mins from uptown Charlotte, this home is convenient to all the surrounding area has to offer (mall, restaurants, grocery, marina are all less than 5 minutes from the house). Even though you are close to retail shops and malls, you'll escape from the busy world when you drive down a gravel road that only serves 4 homes.
