Supplies
We supply a starter set of basic products such as toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. It is up to the renter to purchase more if you run out. We will supply dish soap, hand soap, and dish detergent.
We also supply propane for the fire table and grill. If you run out and would like to purchase more, there is a Harris Teeter nearby where you can swap out the empty tank for a full one.
We provide all linens, towels, and bedding. If you use the air mattress, please deflate it and put it back where you found it.

Kitchen
There are 2 kitchen areas in this lake home for our guests to use, including 2 full-sized refrigerators. The upstairs kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. We provide pots, pans, bakeware, cookware, and utensils. There is also both a Keurig and an automatic drip coffee maker! If there is something you are missing, please let us know and we will do our best to get it for you. Please be respectful of the kitchen equipment and treat it as your own. If you break something, please let us know. We understand that accidents happen, we would just like to know so we can promptly replace the item. Please wash all used dishes, either by hand or using the dishwasher, prior to check out. Please take all food items out of the pantry, cabinets, and fridge/freezer (except condiments).

Beds & Linens
We provide all bed linens and bath towels, (additionally, we provide 10 beach towels - renter responsibility to wash) and bedding. The spare linens and air mattress are located in the laundry room downstairs. If you use the air mattress, please deflate it and put it back neatly. There is also a PacknPlay in the downstairs queen bedroom closet.

Using the Smart TV
We provide Smart TV’s with access to streaming channels such as Netflix and ATT Now. You have full access to hundreds of shows, movies, and even podcasts. We ask that if you use your personal login information on any of our devices, that you log out prior to checking out. We are not responsible if you leave your account logged in. Please do not change any settings on our smart devices.

Washer/Dryer
There is a washer and dryer in the home’s lower level. We provide a starter supply of laundry detergent. If you use the washer and dryer please be mindful of how much detergent you use. Please clean the lint trap in the dryer after every use as it can be a fire hazard if not cleaned after every cycle.

Pets
We are happy to host up to TWO furry family members with approval prior to check in. We do ask that you not allow pets on the furniture or bedding.
Please clean up after your pet. This includes all toys, waste, food, and pet hair. Please rinse your pet off after playing in the lake and/or beach using the hose outside.
Our cleaning staff strives to make sure the property is in pristine condition for all of our guests and will charge an additional cleaning fee if there is excessive pet hair or pet waste left behind.

Outdoor Amenities
There are two adult and one junior kayak in the garage. Please put them back in the garage when not in use. The life vests are in the garage. There are also sand toys and a few additional inflatable floatation items to enjoy!
There is a volleyball net and a fire pit area. There is kindling wood near the fire pit for our guests to use, and you can purchase cords of wood at the nearby Harris Teeter.
There is an umbrella in the garage for use on the upper dock deck. If you use it, please take it down afterwards.
HOT TUB: Please shower or rinse off before entering the hot tub! Please keep the cover on when not in use. For safety reasons, no glass of any kind is allowed in the hot tub.

Trash
The outside trash cans are to the left of the driveway in the natural area. Please bag all trash. Please roll to the street on Wednesday night. Trash Pick up is every Thursday.

Check-Out Instructions
As a reminder, check out is at 10 am. Our cleaning team will arrive promptly at 10:10 am to begin preparing the home for the next guest.
Check Out Steps:
1. Leave bed as you just rolled out of them
2. Leave towels on bathroom floors
3. Check all drawers/closets for clothing items
4. If you moved any furniture, please return to the place you found it
5. Load dishwasher and run; Wash up any stray dishes, pots or pans
6. Clean out the fridge of all food
7. Take all trash to the outside trash cans
8. All lake toys and outdoor equipment should be put back where they belong. Kayaks/boats are turned upside down on the rack.
Please be sure that you have packed all of your belongings. When you are ready to check out, simply send us a message letting us know you have vacated and lock the door behind you when you leave.
